What’s different
One number per home. The owner’s.
Six things a list broker’s file does not do.
- Owner-matched
- The name on the phone record is the name on the deed. Not a relative, not a renter.
- Active mobile only
- Carrier activity in recent months. Landlines and dead lines are dropped, never padded in.
- Built to your pitch
- No solar, roof age, storms, move-ins, language, utility territory. Not a generic ZIP pull.
- Wrong numbers replaced
- Send back what your dialer flagged. You never pay for a line that does not ring.
- DNC-screened, suppressed
- Scrubbed before delivery, and your floor never dials the same home twice.
- Re-verified on repeat
- A repeat order is re-verified before it ships, not re-sent.

Before we text
Questions, answered.
What call center owners ask before the first batch.
Who qualifies for the free 1,000 records?
Any team already dialing homeowners, in-house or outsourced, one seat or fifty. Solar, roofing, HVAC, windows, water treatment and other home services all fit. If you are still hiring setters, come back once they are on the phones. If you knock doors instead, Scout builds door lists from the same records.
Will you text or call me?
Text first. The moment you submit, an automated text from +1 (413) 331-6791 confirms the request; a data expert texts back within the hour on business days to nail down the brief. Nobody calls unless you ask for a call, and you can reply STOP at any time. Rather not leave a number at all? The form takes an email instead.
What is in a record?
One home, one owner, one number: the address, the owner’s name as it appears on title, and their active mobile. Plus the fields your pitch needs — home value, build year, tenure, language, utility territory — so the file loads straight into your dialer.
What does “matched” mean?
The name on the phone record is the name on the deed. An address usually carries eight or more numbers — past owners, renters, relatives, dead landlines. We ship the one that belongs to the person who can say yes, and only if it is a live mobile.
What happens to wrong numbers?
Send back what your dialer flagged and they are replaced. On the last file we measured, 3.45% of agent-tagged calls were wrong or dead numbers; you should never pay for a line that does not ring.
Is the file DNC-scrubbed?
Yes. Every number is screened against the federal do-not-call registry before it leaves us, and every file is suppressed against everything we have already sent you, so your floor never dials the same home twice.
What does it cost after the test?
Monthly files start at $2,500 for 20,000 records, month to month, no contract. The exact size is quoted on the check-in call once we both know what the batch did. Aged solar leads and specialty filters price as add-ons.
