Do I need a card to start?

No. Sign up, tell the AI who you need, and see the real count and a preview for free. You add a card only when you buy your first list.

How does buying my first list work?

You choose how many records you want, up to 100. The checkout shows the price per record and the total before you pay. You pay once. It does not start a subscription.

How do I get more lists?

Talk to our team. After your first list, more lists come through our sales team, and you can book a call with them from the chat. The list you already bought stays in your account.

Will I be charged again?

No. Your first list is one payment and does not start a subscription. Nothing else is charged unless you agree to it with our team.

What does “record” mean?

One home with its full record: the owner of record, phone numbers with line type and Do Not Call flag, and the fields listed above.

Will I get homes I already bought?

No. Every new list skips homes you bought before, so each record is a new home.

Can I call from the platform?

Yes, once calling is set up. Open your list and choose Campaign. Calls go out over your agents’ own phones.

Do you promise connects or appointments?

No. We give you the owner of record and phone numbers with their line type and Do Not Call flag. What happens on the call is up to your team.
