What we specialize in

The lists your floor asks for by name. Built from records, not resold.

Every list starts from permits, aerial imagery and ownership records, then carries one live mobile matched to the owner on title. Pick the one your script is for and test 1,000 free.

Any list filters by roof age, home value, bill estimate, language and utility territory. Dialing something else? Tell us on the form.

How the test works

Try it on your dialer, before you pay for anything.

The test runs on your floor, with your script. We measure connects and wrong numbers, not deals closed.

  1. Tell us your market

Where you dial, what you sell and who the file is for. One short screen, then pick a time for a 15-minute call.

  2. We build your batch

1,000 records to your pitch: owner-occupied homes, the owner’s active mobile on every row, DNC-scrubbed, filtered to whatever your script needs.

  3. Your file ships in 24 hours

Straight into your dialer. Run it on the same shift, with the same script, as the list you dial today.

  4. Compare the numbers

Dial it three times over a week or two. On the check-in call we put your connection and wrong-number rates next to what you were dialing before.

What’s different

One number per home. The owner’s.

Six things the file does that a list broker’s does not, each in one sentence.

Owner-matched
The name on the phone record is the name on the deed. An address usually carries eight or more numbers — past owners, renters, relatives, dead landlines. We ship one.
Active mobile only
A mobile with carrier activity in recent months. Landlines and disconnected lines are dropped, never padded in. Records active in 5 of the last 12 months booked 3.65× more appointments per dial.
Built to your pitch
Homes without solar, verified by permit and aerial imagery. Roof age, storm dates, move-ins, language, utility territory. Not a generic pull for your ZIP.
Wrong numbers replaced
Send back what your dialer flagged and they are replaced. You never pay for a line that does not ring.
DNC-screened, suppressed
Scrubbed against the do-not-call registry before delivery, and every file is suppressed against everything we have already sent you.
Re-verified on repeat
1.4% of records go dead within six weeks. A repeat order is re-verified before it ships, not re-sent.

Before you book

Questions, answered.

What call center owners ask on the first call.

Who qualifies for the free 1,000 records?

Any team already dialing homeowners, in-house or outsourced, one seat or fifty. Solar, roofing, HVAC, windows, water treatment and other home services all fit. If you are still hiring setters, come back once they are on the phones. If you knock doors instead, Scout builds door lists from the same records.

What is in a record?

One home, one owner, one number: the address, the owner’s name as it appears on title, and their active mobile. Plus the fields your pitch needs — home value, build year, tenure, language, utility territory — so the file loads straight into your dialer.

What does “matched” mean?

The name on the phone record is the name on the deed. An address usually carries eight or more numbers — past owners, renters, relatives, dead landlines. We ship the one that belongs to the person who can say yes, and only if it is a live mobile.

What happens to wrong numbers?

Send back what your dialer flagged and they are replaced. On the last file we measured, 3.45% of agent-tagged calls were wrong or dead numbers; you should never pay for a line that does not ring.

Is the file DNC-scrubbed?

Yes. Every number is screened against the do-not-call registry before it leaves us, and every file is suppressed against everything we have already sent you, so your floor never dials the same home twice.

What does it cost after the test?

A monthly file sized to your dial volume, quoted on the check-in call once we both know what the batch did. Month to month, no contract. Aged solar leads and specialty filters price as add-ons.
